Accurate Manufactured Products Group (AMPG) is a family owned business specialized in manufacturing a wide array of hard-to-find industrial components and specialty fasteners. We have made many changes over the last thirty years but our basic company philosophy continues to remain in tact.

Commitment to Our Employees
AMPG firmly believes that nothing happens without the engagement and participation of all of our employees. Each employee meets with management in a one on one setting on a monthly basis to discuss company performance and ongoing projects. We are committed to making the workplace a healthier place. Educational seminars on nutrition, health topics, and weight loss are coached each month.

AMPG is a committed community partner, collaborating with several organizations including: Noble of Indiana, Mickey’s Camp, the Indianapolis Fire Department, and Bethel School. We make a concerted effort to work with strategic partners within the city of Indianapolis to hire our workforce and we are dedicated to investing in Indianapolis by adding new jobs.
