Refund Policy

Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Return freight will be paid by the buyer.

Step 1: Call customer service at (785) 392-1100 to initiate a return.

Step 2: After receiving a Return Authorization from Sales, please ship the items to:

Step 3: You will be given credit upon receipt of the material. A restocking fee of 20% will be assessed to the returned items.

Returns are typically processed within 1-2 business days of being received. The credit may take up to a full billing cycle to appear on your statement.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders may only be changed or cancelled within two hours of being placed. To change your order, call us at 785-392-1100.

You may cancel an order by phone or by emailing us at sales@new.ampg.com.

For cancellations by email, please include the order number and the name on the order so we can find it quickly.

Please note: Custom orders may not be cancelled once placed.

Shipping Information

Currently, we cannot ship outside of the United States.

Tracking information will be provided after items are shipped. The transit time depends on the shipping method, as outlined below:

UPS Next Day Air — 1 Business day
UPS 2nd Day Air — 2 Business days
UPS 3 Day Select — 3 Business days
UPS Ground — Up to 7 business days
