Accurate helps Harmon, Inc. with their Aspen Art Museum project
Construction is moving forward on Aspen’s new Art Museum, with the help of Accurate AMPG who manufactured some custom, ultra low profile mating fastener sets for Harmon, Inc, the largest commercial glazing contractor in the USA.
These screws are being utilized to anchor curtain wall wind load anchor components.
We now manufacture and stock a full line of these low profile sex bolts, and have added them to our catalog. This line of matched head mating fasteners was developed for architects who require specific holding parameters in a low profile head that blends into the project design. The heads of these low-profile barrel bolts are ideal in applications where material to be fastened is too thin to countersink; not allowing the use of countersunk screws. The large diameter heads of the low-profile barrel bolts were engineered to spread the load across a wide surface to provide greater holding power in thinner material applications. When looking for a mating fastener that can be more concealed than button and flat head style fasteners, low-profile head socket drive barrel bolts offer a sleek, unobtrusive and polished finish for any design.
We’d love to help you solve a fastener problem or design custom fasteners for your specific application. For more info call 317-472-9000 or email us at [email protected]. or visit us on the web at www.arch.ampg.com
